Application Trainer

Duties:
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, related modules, and other training resources
  • Conduct workshops, follow up training and support to client users
  • Assist with process management, which includes review of training deliverables and work products
  • Make training content recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to communicate data interpretations and analysis
  • Technical and quantitative aptitude
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem recognition and solving
  • B.A. or equivalent experience in information technology, application development, application training, project systems management
  • Working experience developing and implementing application training programs
  • Proficient with IBM compatible computer systems
