Research Analyst

Duties:

• Performing research and evaluation related functions, while assuring high quality implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiative
• Developing, capturing and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients
• Participating in off-site focus groups, training and research related site visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Statistics preferred, or equivalent experience
• At least one year of applied research experience
• Knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software packages
• Knowledge of research and evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to conduct internet based research
• Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, with a wide range of audiences
• Excellent organization skills
• Willingness to engage in a wide range of tasks
