Walter R. McDonald & Associates, Inc. (WRMA) specializes in the design, development, and implementation of advanced approaches to data capture and management, data analysis, technical assistance in programmatic and technological innovation, performance monitoring, and evaluation of programs designed to improve the outcomes of vulnerable children and families. Duties: - Conducting quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis
- Presenting and publishing of research findings
- Developing and providing evaluation training and technical assistance
- Maintaining and manipulating large datasets
- Preparing technical research reports and other products
Qualifications: Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Statistics, or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of applied research experience
- Applied research and quantitative analysis experience
- Knowledge of research and evaluation
- Knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software packages
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications
- Conducting internet-based research
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a wide range of audiences
